Requirements:

• Strong experience developing with COBOL (ideally COBOL CICS and COBOL Batch)

• Experience working with mainframe environments such as IBM z/OS

• Familiarity with JCL (Job Control Language) and DB2

• Ability to analyze, maintain, and optimize legacy COBOL applications

• Experience debugging and resolving performance issues in mainframe systems

• Understanding of structured programming and procedural logic

• Experience working with source control systems (Endevor, Git, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Advanced written and spoken English skills
