Electra Battery Materials is seeking a General Manager & Commissioning Leader to oversee the startup of its hydrometallurgical refinery in Ontario. This pivotal role requires 15+ years of experience in refinery operations and hydrometallurgical commissioning. You will stabilize core process circuits and ensure consistent production of battery-grade cobalt sulfate, contributing to the North American critical minerals supply chain.
