Coatings Development Engineer

Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is required.Must have knowledge and experience in all aspects of production introduction and validation of new product, manufacturing process development, product design, equipment and tooling validation, and project management.English level- Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluid, Presentations and/or Participation in Negotiation Processes).
Proactive person, multi-task, works well under pressure, detail oriented.Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.Activities:- Conduct research on raw materials, analyses data and applies research to the development of Golf NPI based on marketing input.
- Prepare or direct preparation of product design or system layout.
- Plan and develop experimental test program.
- Perform bench level laboratory tests as part of product development.
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing scale up.
