Responsibilities:

Properly prepare metal surfaces for powder coating (cleaning, masking, and pre-treatment)
	
Apply powder coatings using spray guns to ensure even coverage and smooth finishes
	
Inspect finished products to maintain high-quality standards
	
Rack, hang, and unload parts efficiently while preventing defects
	
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting coating equipment
	
Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed
