Mô tả công việc: - Teacher and teaching assistant (TA) management
- Recruit teachers and TA
- Train TA and interns
- Provide teachers with supporting teacher materials (worksheets, games,...)
- Control teaching quality and feedback teachers to improve the overall quality
- Follow and feedback TA
- Control timetable, students’ attendance, and academic update to maximize working
hours and quality
- Schedule teaching time, test, assessment, match students and
teachers
- Communicate with teachers, discuss and find solutions to students’ problems
- Track and review students’ performance
- Design extra classes to improve students’ performance
