How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Pilot Resources is looking for a Co-op to provide support in all areas of Crew Resources (but not limited to) administration of pilot leaves of absence, retirements, verification of outside flying, and new hires.

+ The successful candidate will commit to a minimum of 3 rotations:

+ Fall 2026
+ Summer 2027
+ Spring 2028

Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):

+ Assists with pilot rotation and schedule updates and maintains DBMS data and personnel files.
+ Provides analysis/research for Crew Resources, OE training planning and scheduling strategic initiatives, and supports ALPA reporting.
+ Identifies required types of training for all pilots returning from leave status or awarded through an Advance Entitlement.
+ Provides customer service to pilots, Chief Pilot Offices, Labor Relations and ALPA by responding to inquiries sent to Crew Re...
