How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

**Role Overview**

+ Support Delta’s Corporate Safety Team with safety promotion initiatives and day-to-day operational activities
+ Assist in building a strong safety culture through communication, presentations, organization, and data-driven insights
+ Gain hands-on experience in aviation safety programs, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist the Safety Promotion Manager with planning and executing safety campaigns, events and initiatives
+ Help create and maintain safety communications (emails, presentations, newsletters, and internal content)
+ Organize and track safety data, reports, and project materials
+ Support preparation of presentations and reports for leadership and internal teams
+ Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
