CNC Turner Setter Operator

Location: Outskirts of Tewkesbury. Job type: Permanent. Salary: £31,000‑£39,000 per annum (subject to review). Overtime available.

Opportunity

We are recruiting experienced CNC Turner Setter Operators to join a long‑established precision engineering company on the outskirts of Tewkesbury. The role involves high‑precision components in a clean, organised machine shop that produces premium quality patented products.

Pay & Shifts

Day shift: Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑17:00, Friday 08:00‑13:00.

Salary £31,000‑£39,000 per annum, reviewed regularly with progression. Opportunities to earn more exist.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC lathes producing precision‑engineered components.
• Carry out full machine set‑ups, including tooling selection and program loading.
• Work with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls (training provided for other controls).
