Morson are proud to be working in partnership with Safran to recruit experienced CNC Turners to support the GDS programme at their Wolverhampton site.

The Role
You will be responsible for machining components within a high-precision manufacturing environment, supporting advanced aerospace projects.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and adjust 5-axis turning and milling machines
Monitor production quality and machine performance
Work with Manufacturing Engineers on new part introduction
Follow process layouts, work instructions, and compliance standards
Support TPM and maintenance activities
Ensure material flow, tooling availability, and SWIP monitoring
Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives
