Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established precision engineering business in Poole that is looking to add a skilled CNC Turner Programmer, Setter & Operator to its c manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Turner seeking a permanent role with a 4-day working week, ongoing training, and genuine opportunities for progression. Working within a modern, recently refurbished facility, the CNC Turner will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components across a variety of materials, from prototype work through to medium batch production. Key Responsibilities Program, set and operate CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc and Manual Guide. Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings. Produce parts in materials including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, brass and plastics. Carry out first-off and in-process inspections.
