**CNC Thread Grinder – Traverse City, MI**
**Pay:** $22–$28+ per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

+ 1 st shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm
+ 2 nd shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00pm – 11:30pm

**Position Overview**
The CNC Thread Grinder is responsible for setting up and operating CNC thread grinding equipment to manufacture high-precision components that meet strict tolerance and quality standards. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistent production performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC thread grinding machines
+ Produce precision components to tight tolerances
+ Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
+ Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges
+ Perform routine maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting
+ Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
