CNC Technician

Manpower is seeking an experienced **CNC Technician** to support manufacturing operations through CNC programming, machine setup, troubleshooting, tooling management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in optimizing machining processes, maintaining production quality, and minimizing downtime.

**Pay Rate: $28.84**

**Shift: 1st & 2nd**

What is the Job:

+ Develop and maintain CNC programs using manual programming and CAM software.
+ Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and vertical mills.
+ Monitor and optimize tooling performance, cycle times, and machining efficiency.
+ Train and support CNC Operators with tool changes, insert changes, and robot teaching.
+ Collaborate with Maintenance, Tool & Die, Quality, and Engineering teams on production and improvement projects.
