**Job Title: CNC Setup Operator**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a CNC Setup Operator where you will set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, primarily using Mazak, Haas, or similar CNC equipment. You will be responsible for loading raw materials, ensuring proper alignment, and conducting in-process inspections using precision tools. Additionally, you will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot tooling, and maintain quality standards to meet tight tolerance requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills.
+ Load raw materials and fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and setup.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions.
+ Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators.
