Cnc Setup Machinist

**CNC Set-Up Technician (Lathe & Mill) – 2nd Shift and Weekend Shift Opportunities**

**2nd shift: Monday to Thursday, 3pm-1am with overtime on Friday**

**Pay Rate : $28-30/hr. (depending on experience)**

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and perform changeovers on CNC lathes and mills to meet production requirements.
+ Work with a variety of machines, including Davenport, Acme, B2B, Haas, and Mori Seiki or similar equipment, with multi-spindle and CNC machines preferred.
+ Load materials into machines, start production runs, and monitor operations to maintain consistent output.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts meet specifications and design requirements.
+ Inspect parts for defects, verify tolerances, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
+ Troubleshoot machine issues during production and perform minor corrections or adjustments to keep machines running efficiently.
