Job Objectives Elimination of waste
Record total units produced to meet targets.
Accurately measure and record lost time, change over and rework time.
Raise any concerns to Shift Leader according to escalation procedure.
Inspect & operate machine to the required standard.
Use gauges to set machine to the correct standard. Ensure tools available prior to commencing setup.
Manage and improve change over times by continues Kaizen Initiatives.
5 S and Safety, Health & Environmental
Ensure 5 S is principles are practiced at all times.
Ensure 5 S initiatives are implemented on new lines. (Support with 5 S improvement activities to ensure 5 S is sustained in all areas of control).
Health, Safety and Environment
Practice and improve 5 S in your work area in line with the 5 S check sheet.
Ensure PPE is worn accor...
