Cnc Setter Operator Programmer

Alliance Personnel are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC Setter / Programmer. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, programming and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components within tight tolerances.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills who can work effectively within a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and routers
• Adjust offsets and tool lengths manually or using software
• Load and verify CNC programs (G-code) before operation
• Modify or create simple CNC programs (training provided)
• Select and load appropriate tools and materials
• Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required
