Job Title

CNC Set Up IIResponsible for loading, adjusting and creating complex, multi-axis CNC programs and operating manufacturing machinery to produce acceptable product. Works within a team environment to meet departmental goals. Maintains work area cleanliness.

• Perform complex, multi-axis CNC machinery set-up by downloading and/or adjusting preset programs, or by creating complex new programs on a variety of CNC equipment
• Operate CNC manufacturing equipment to produce acceptable product per work instructions
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machine set-up and production methods
• Inspect parts for defects as part of in-process inspection; record results, adjust program or notify appropriate person of deviation when needed
