Cnc Punch Press Operator

**Operate a CNC punch press to produce precision metal components. This role includes machine setup, running production, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards are met in a safe, organized shop environment.**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC punch press equipment to produce parts to spec
+ Perform setups, tooling changes, and multiple changeovers per shift
+ Make minor program adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
+ Identify and report material defects or equipment issues
+ Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
+ Perform basic machining tasks (drilling, tapping, deburring, cutting, etc.)
+ Inspect finished parts and document results
+ Complete production paperwork accurately
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
+ Communicate with team members to keep production on track
