An opportunity has emerged for a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator at a high-tech engineering and manufacturing facility based in Lichfield.
Our client has built a world class reputation for the niche engines ensuring that their product performs in several market sectors including: Aerospace, Marine, Automotive and Power Generation.
Customers range from first tier vehicle manufacturers to high performance niche sports cars and UAVs.
As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator your role will vary day-to-day.
Primarily it will include:
Running 5-axis machining centre
Programming CAM software (preferably Edgecam)
Manual machining/power tools (for example lathe and surface grinder)
Assisting with building engine and test rigs
