CNC Programmer

Job Description Job DescriptionNorthfield Mancan is assisting a company in Streetsboro to fill a position as a CNC Machinist Programmer.
This is a temporary to permanent position on 1st shift and the pay will be based on experience.
Responsibilities:
-Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (e.g., Haas Lathe ST-20Y) using Mastercam and G-code.
-Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for machining operations.
-Conduct first-article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMMs.
-Optimize machining processes for quality and efficiency.
-Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
-Minimum 2 years of CNC programming and operation experience.
-Proficiency in Mastercam and G-code programming.
-Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot tooling/machining issues.
