Job Description

You will program directly at the machine, set up complex jobs, and run parts that require tapered threads, deep cycle bores, milling, drilling, and tapping on steel components. The position suits an experienced, hands-on machinist who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is eager to grow their skills.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC Haas mills and lathes directly at the machine using Fanuc controls.
• Set up Haas mills and lathes for production, including tooling selection, workholding, and job offsets.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality steel components according to specifications.
• Machine tapered threads, deep cycle bores, and other complex features accurately and consistently.
• Perform milling, drilling, and tapping operations on steel parts as required by job orders.
