About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer & Setup Technician to support precision manufacturing operations in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and optimizing Swiss-style CNC machines while developing efficient machining processes for new and existing products.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Swiss CNC machines, particularly Tornos equipment, and is passionate about continuous improvement, precision machining, and delivering high-quality components that meet tight tolerances. This position works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure new programs and setups are production-ready and optimized for efficiency.
