Position: CNC Programmer (Sliding Head) Location: Tunbridge Wells Salary: £45 - 50k base salary DOE Bennett and Game are currently partnering with a highly established CNC & Precision Engineering client actively seeking a skilled and industry proven CNC Programmer with proven ability working on Sliding Head Machines to join their Kent branch. Position Overview: Set, operate, and program Citizen Sliding Head CNC machines (4 and 5 axis) to produce precision aerospace components to drawing and tolerance requirements. Carry out full machine setups including tooling, offsets, bar feeds, and first-off inspections to ensure smooth production. Edit and improve CNC programs to reduce cycle times and maintain quality and accuracy. Inspect parts using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges to meet ISO 9001 and aerospace standards.
