**CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineering Technician**

We are seeking a hands-on **CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineering Technician** to support daily CNC operations, develop and optimize programs, improve machining processes, and maintain revision control of the CNC program library. This role serves as a technical liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing by providing programming, tooling, setup, and troubleshooting support to help ensure efficient and accurate production.

**Scope / Supervision and Interaction**

This role reports to the Plant Manager. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills to share information and respond to questions from various departments and leadership teams.
