Are you an experienced CNC Lathe Operator or Setup/Programmer looking for a stable, long-term opportunity on a steady night shift?

We’re hiring for a well-established Hamilton manufacturer (40+ years in business) specializing in precision production machining — this is NOT a job shop, meaning consistent work, clean processes, and a structured environment.

Wage:

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC lathes (Mazak, Miyano or similar)
• Load bar stock and monitor production runs
• Make tooling adjustments and optimize speeds/feeds
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
