**Position Summary**

The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs to support the manufacturing of high-precision metal components. This role works closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable machining processes that meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Review engineering drawings and determine optimal manufacturing processes to achieve required tolerances while minimizing production costs.
+ Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining centers and CNC lathes using CAD/CAM software.
