Position Summary

The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs to support the manufacturing of high-precision metal components. This role works closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable machining processes that meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  Review engineering drawings and determine optimal manufacturing processes to achieve required tolerances while minimizing production costs.

  Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining centers and CNC lathes using CAD/CAM software.
