**Job Title: CNC Programmer / Lathe Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on programming and operating CNC lathes, with a strong emphasis on Mastercam programming and editing. You work with tight tolerances and complex 5-axis machining on aluminum and steel components in a busy manufacturing environment. You contribute to precision production by translating blueprints into accurate CNC programs and ensuring parts meet exact specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
+ Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, with an emphasis on editing and preferred experience in full programming.
