Purpose of the Role

As a CNC Programmer/Machinist, you’ll be part of a highly skilled machining team working at pace to deliver high‑quality CNC programmes and precision‑engineered components that directly impact on‑track performance throughout the season. You’ll programme, set and operate multi‑axis machines, producing and inspecting complex parts for current race cars, pit equipment and McLaren Heritage vehicles.
