CNC Programmer

General Responsibilities: Develop and optimize CNC programs, perform nesting, and select appropriate tooling for switchgear metal clad/metal enclosure components based on design drawings, ensuring efficient production processes and material utilization.

1. Review and analyze technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications provided by designers to understand the manufacturing requirements for switchgear metal clad or metal enclosure components.
2. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and requirements.
3. Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes, including punching, bending, and laser cutting, using appropriate CAM software and tools.
