Cnc Programmer

We are seeking a CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to support production of composite and tooling parts.This is a hands‐on programming role focused on generating reliable toolpaths for 3‐axis CNC machines.The role is production‐driven.The priority is accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to take existing geometry and turn it into clean, machine‐ready programs.ResponsibilitiesProgram CNC toolpaths using Mastercam (3‐axis)Work with both 2‐D and 3‐D geometry to generate machining strategiesCreate and optimize toolpaths, including 2‐D pocketing and contouring3‐D roughing and scallop finishingSet appropriate speeds and feeds for common tooling and materialsReview and clean up CAD files prior to programmingOutput machine‐ready code and verify toolpaths before productionCommunicate with machine operators to ensure successful executionSkillsProven experience with Mastercam (3‐axis machining)Strong understanding of 2‐D and 3‐D toolpath strategiesFeeds, speeds, and cutting param...
