**Job Title: CNC Programmer**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs using Mastercam for an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment that specializes in machining large parts. You collaborate closely with the engineering team and shop-floor machinists to ensure all programs run efficiently, meet quality standards, and support precise and reliable production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam for CNC lathes and other CNC machining equipment.
+ Collaborate with the engineering team to develop, review, and refine CNC programs for new and existing parts.
+ Work directly with machinists on the production floor to validate that CNC programs run correctly and efficiently.
+ Troubleshoot and adjust CNC programs to resolve machining issues and improve cycle times and part quality.
