CNC Operator

**Job Title: CNC Operator – 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
This direct-hire role focuses on operating multiple CNC lathes and mills in a modern, high-volume manufacturing environment. You will run 2–3 CNC machines, perform tooling changes and adjustments, and ensure parts meet quality and productivity standards through accurate setup, operation, and inspection.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate 2–3 CNC machines, primarily lathes (such as Okuma) and potentially mills, to produce high-quality components.
+ Load and unload parts from CNC machines safely and efficiently to maintain continuous production flow.
+ Position parts correctly within machine workholding devices to ensure accurate machining and part integrity.
+ Perform machine tooling changes as needed, working with 6–7 different pieces of tooling to support various jobs.
+ Make process adjustments to maintain optimal productivity, dimensional accuracy, and part quality.
