**Job Description**

The CNC Operator sets up and operates CNC panel saws and related equipment to cut materials accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality parts that meet production specifications. This role supports daily production by reading work orders and cut lists, performing measurements and basic equipment checks, and collaborating with team members to maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC panel saws to cut materials accurately according to specifications.
+ Read and interpret work orders and cut lists to ensure parts are cut correctly.
+ Measure materials before and after cutting to verify dimensions and quality.
+ Stage, move, and organize materials as needed to support production flow.
