CNC Operator

Job Specific Requirements and/or Things to Avoid

• Machine Operation : Safely operate CNC turning machines to manufacture parts.
• Quality Control : Conduct first-off inspections, monitor production, and ensure components meet specifications. (Training given.)
• Experience : Proven experience as a Production line Operative.
• Technical Skills : Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with production line machine controllers, ability to self-diagnose, troubleshoot alarms and machining issues to keep production running.
• Basic Knowledge of Production Line Machines (CNC or similar).
• Soft Skills : Attention to detail, time management, ability to follow instructions, communication with programmers and supervisors, teamwork in production environments.
