CNC Operator

About the role BURN  is looking for a CNC Operator who will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality production tools, jigs, fixtures, and prototype components.

The role works closely with the Tooling and NPD/NPI teams to ensure precision machining, quality compliance, efficient machine utilization, and continuous improvement of tooling processes.

Duties and Responsibilities Set up jobs on the CNC Machine Read and interpret CNC programs and technical drawings.

Generate toolpaths for CNC Machining Carry out quality inspection for machined parts.

Ensure components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.

Responsible for keeping and updating cutting tool machine inventory.

Scheduling daily machining activities on the CNC Machine.

Working with the NPD & NPI team on tools review before machining.
