**Job Description**

This position operates CNC milling equipment in a high-production environment, focusing on safe, accurate, and efficient machining of metal parts. You will work primarily on a Mazak CNC mill with a Mazatrol controller, handling part loading and unloading, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks while supporting leads who perform machine setups and programming.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a Mazak CNC mill using a Mazatrol controller to produce high-quality metal parts.
+ Load and unload parts into the CNC machine in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Follow work orders closely to complete jobs according to specifications and schedules.
+ Use hand and power tools to assist with machine-related tasks and basic setup support as directed by leads.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand part requirements and machining details.
