Cnc Operator

**Aerotek is hiring CNC Operator/Machinist**

**Pay: $22+ based on experience**

**Shift: 2nd and 3rd**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and maintain CNC machinery, including setup and adjustments.
+ Set tooling, adjust back gauges, select correct dies, and dial in bend parameters.
+ Safely load, position, and support sheet metal to prevent damage or misalignment.
+ Interpret technical drawings and work orders for accurate production.
+ Monitor machine lubrication, hydraulic pressure, and cleanliness, reporting any mechanical issues.
+ Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and mathematical calculations for decimals and fractions.
+ Follow strict safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
+ Identify and report equipment or safety issues to maintain production metrics.
+ Assist with materials and supply tracking for inventory support.
