**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**

**Job Description:**

This role is responsible for operating CNC mills and/or lathes to produce high‑quality parts that meet strict quality and tolerance requirements. Ideal candidates have experience working from detailed prints, performing in‑process inspections, and maintaining consistent quality in a production setting.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to manufacture precision parts
+ Load and unload raw material and finished parts safely and efficiently
+ Run existing CNC programs and monitor machining operations for accuracy and consistency
+ Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor program edits as required (based on skill level)
+ Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
+ Conduct in‑process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
