Your Impact
Execute Setup & Operation: Independently configure, program-adjust, and run CNC mills and lathes to hit critical daily production targets.
Troubleshoot & Optimize: Diagnose machine or tooling errors on the fly and modify CNC programs at the console to keep production flawless.
Enforce Quality Control: Interpret complex blueprints and deploy precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators) to guarantee parts meet strict, exact tolerances.
