We are looking for a motivated CNC Operator to join our client's Machine Shop team in Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC machining experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate one or more CNC machines within the production cell.
• Complete daily machine checks and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Inspect and stamp completed work to quality standards.
• Report non-conformances and support continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and colleagues to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
