• Croton-on-Hudson, NY Compensation: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour + Shift Differential Job Type: Full-Time Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Programmer Operator to join their at their facility in Croton-on-Hudson, NY.  Both DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE.


• This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment and requires strong setup and programming capabilities.  This position is for a working CNC operator/programmer , not a supervisory or management role.
• Key Responsibilities Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications.
• Create CNC programs for Lathes, VMCs (Vertical Machining Centers), and Multi-Spindle Machines .
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
