**Job Title: CNC Operator**
**Job Description**
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating Citizen Swiss machines to produce small parts for the medical industry. You will manage two machines during your shift, ensuring quality through long production runs. Part inspection is essential, utilizing either a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) or hand tools such as micrometers and calipers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate Citizen Swiss machines to produce small parts.
+ Manage and run two machines during shifts.
+ Conduct long production runs while maintaining high quality.
+ Inspect parts using CMM or hand tools like micrometers and calipers.
+ Read and understand blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

**Essential Skills**

+ 1+ year of experience operating CNC Swiss or lathe machines, ideally Citizen machines.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
+ Experience in CMM operation.
