CNC Miller

My client is a specialist manufacturer of specialist tooling, providing reliable subcontract machining services across the West Midlands and throughout Europe. They deliver complete end-to-end and turnkey machining solutions, alongside a nationwide 24/7 breakdown service and in-house machining.

They are looking to recruit a CNC Miller on a permanent basis to join a small, close-knit team of 78 staff. This is a hands-on role focused on programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines.
• Create and optimise programs using Fanuc controls or CAD/CAM software (ONECNC or Fusion 360).
• Set tooling, work offsets, and prove out new programs.
• Manufacture components from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
• Edit and optimise programs to improve efficiency and quality.
