CNC Miller - Programmer/Setter

Location: Leeds

Pay: £18.40 - £20.70 per hour (DOE)

Shifts: 2pm - Midnight, Mon - Thu

The Role

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines (Fanuc controls preferred)
• Producing high‑precision milled components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
• Carrying out in‑process inspection to maintain quality standards
• Working closely with production, engineering and quality teams
• Keeping your work area safe, clean and efficient

What We're Looking For

• Strong CNC milling programming and setting experience
• Confident working directly from technical drawings
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your machine
