**CNC Mill Machine Operator (Haas / Okuma) – Clean Shop + Great Benefits**

**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented **CNC Mill Machine Operator** to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate **Haas and Okuma CNC mills** in a quality-driven job shop environment where precision matters more than speed.

If you enjoy working on longer runs, dialing in parts, and taking pride in high-quality work—this is a great fit.

**Work Environment & Schedule**

+ Well-maintained, **modern machine shop**
+ Equipment includes primarily **Haas CNC mills** (24 machines total)

**Shift Options:**

+ **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (+ possible OT Saturday)
+ **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (+ possible OT Saturday)
+ ✅ **10% shift differential (once permanent)**
