**Job Description**

This role focuses on setting up and operating CNC mills, primarily Haas Mills and Milltronics machines with live tooling, to produce and repair components that support automated packaging equipment. You will interpret work orders and blueprints, configure machines, and ensure parts meet precise specifications while working in a modern, well-organized, and temperature-controlled shop.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate Haas Mills and Milltronics CNC machines equipped with live tooling to produce precision components.
+ Review and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand part specifications and machining requirements.
+ Configure machines, including tooling, fixtures, and offsets, to run production and repair jobs accurately and efficiently.
