Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes

Fabricate, modify, and repair precision parts

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Use precision measuring tools to ensure tolerances

Perform routine maintenance on machines

Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards

Program machines using G-Code as needed

Qualifications:

Proven 2-5 years of experience operating CNC machines and related tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments

Working knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Able to work independently or in a team setting

Training or certifications in machining or related fields preferred
