CNC Machinist (Rail Sector)
Location: Fullham
Rate: £40.54 (Umbrella rate)

Role
We are looking for a qualified CNC Machinist to join a specialist engineering team on a high-profile infrastructure programme based in Fullham.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced engineers in a well-equipped facility, operating CNC machines using Heidenhain and Fanuc (Okuma) control systems. While direct experience with these systems is advantageous, experienced CNC Machinists from other backgrounds will be able to adapt quickly.
- Be able to program, set and operate CNC machinery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable CNC machining experience (preferably in heavy industry or transport sectors)
- Engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) are essential
- Familiarity with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc (Okuma) systems
