CNC Machinist / Set-Up Machine Operator Wanted

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Set-Up to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines to produce precision components while maintaining strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Set up CNC machines, HAAS and inspection equipment for production runs
Read and interpret blueprints, job routings, and tooling instructions
Transfer CNC programs and make necessary machine adjustments
Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Ensure parts meet quality specifications and tolerances
Train and support junior machine operators

Hands-on CNC mill and lathe set-up experience required
